 Rebel Hearts Counseling provides therapy and trauma therapy to adults, couples, and families dealing with:  

• Trauma and Complex PTSD
• Chronic & Terminal Illness
• Chemical and Process Addictions (codependency, pornography, food, etc.)  
• Relationship Issues -Communication, Parenting, Infidelity, & Betrayal

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions at my downtown Prattville, AL office.  Longer sessions and intensives are available upon request.  Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. 

Yes! I offer in-person appointment in my downtown Prattville office. However, I also offer virtual appointments across the state of Alabama and Mississippi. 

Successful therapy can be demanding at times. My goal is to cultivate a safe, comfortable space that you trust to share your vulnerabilities and life experience in. This space is free of judgment and shame to process past experiences and current life events where you feel stuck. You will come to understand and love yourself. Healing often requires challenging long-held beliefs and fears. Effective therapy is, frankly, uncomfortable. But it is here, in this uncomfortable, challenging place, where you will find hope and empowerment to face the struggles that have prevented your rebel heart from finding peace and the resolve you are seeking. 

Sessions fees range from $200 to $225 per 50 minutes.

I currently accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield. 

Don't have Blue Cross coverage?  We can still work together! I can provide a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
